Project
The FFN, under the leadership of its DTN Claude Fauquet and his polo deputy Dominique Delon, sets up a real innovative, ambitious and promising project: that is to train and prepare young people who will play as a team made up from the National 1 division, for their first continental championship. The objective is that each generation passing through INSEP can have the most complete international junior career possible, a necessary condition for having experienced seniors in the future who know the requirements of the high level. The INSEP team has brought a new life into the French poloistic landscape for 10 years. Even though no medal was awarded for this «revolutionary» initiative, France has once again become a feared and respected nation.

In 2010, following the 5th place won by Generation 93 at the European Championships and after 15 years of loyal service, the author left the FFN for differences of opinion. The FFN wishing to keep him in his post, the author feels the need to «breathe» in order to set up a system aimed at improving the general level and accelerate the training cadence in our territory. To make further progress and reduce the gap between France and the European podiums. This book has come to replace this initial project in a way so that as many people can benefit from his experience, recognized and effective beyond France, as evidenced by the presence of players passed into his hands at INSEP or in the junior French team and who are now part of elite teams or in European clubs. The best of them have joined the French team which has qualified three times for the European Championships, the Olympic Games in Rio and the World Championships in Budapest.
